Samples can be arranged for review before a bulk order, with sample quantities, cost and timing confirmed for the request. After product and order details are agreed, we coordinate purchasing and consolidation.

Incoming checks
Every incoming batch handled by Sinsdar receives basic visual and selected dimensional checks. This is batch-level inspection, not a guarantee of 100% inspection of every piece. Specific inspection criteria are agreed according to the product and order requirements.
Purchasing questions
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Ask for a quote for your selected models and quantities. Minimum quantities, prices and lead times are confirmed for the specific products and order. Combining items in one request does not mean they count toward each other's quantity requirements.
Can you help with repeat purchasing?
Yes. We can help establish a purchasing BOM covering agreed products and specifications. Send that reference with your next request so quantities, specifications and current order terms can be reviewed.
Can I request material certificates or third-party testing?
Yes. Tell us what your purchase requires. Material certificates can be requested from suppliers, but they are not held for every product. Third-party testing may be possible. Availability and scope need to be confirmed for the selected product, source and order.
